Join our 8-week Ski Season prep program to ensure you're in peak condition for the slopes. Designed for adults who want to maximize their performance and stay injury-free, this program offers a comprehensive approach to pre-season training

When: September 30, 2024 - November 22, 2024. We wrap up the program the week before Thanksgiving.

8 Week Ski Prep

  • Train mobility, power, speed, strength, and muscle mass for a lifetime of outdoor adventure.

  • Get personalized programming, mobility drills, and pre- and post-sport routines.

  • Exclusive Access to Kinstretch Videos
    Maintain joint health and flexibility throughout the winter with our exclusive library of Kinstretch videos.

  • Train with a community of Parkites who are gearing up for ski season!

  • Classes available Monday through Friday. 7am, 10am, 2:00pm, 4:30pm

  • Access to Kinstretch classes. 8am M/W/F every week. An hour of training your joints!
